YouthBuild Honolulu recently visited the Honolulu City Council for a tour of Honolulu Hale and to speak with Council Chair Ernest Martin. This experience enhanced their understanding of the fundamentals of government, which supported the Government and Law component in Competency Base High School Diploma.
