Naruame is best described as a prime example of, “A man of few words.” He is a person that all youth who are preparing for a job should follow. He does not need much direction or instruction when it come to working onsite. He always takes the initiative to complete every task that we have been assigned to. He almost always needs to be reminded to stop for lunch otherwise he will work through lunch to get the job done. Any company hiring him would definitely have a gold mine!
